GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Prices are to be intended per person and day, for overnight stay only and for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For stays under 3 nights we will charge a supplement between Euro 5,00 and Euro 10,00 per person and day on the above mentioned rates.
Apartments with kitchen will be rented only for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
All of our rooms and each apartment dispose of private bathroom with shower or bathtub, WC, bidet and TV. Some have balcony and radio.
Our comfort apartments also dispose of: dishwasher, safe and tree of them of hair-dreyer.
Included services:
Use of bed linen, towels, crockeries, water, electricity, parking area, taxes, ski depot and sauna (closed on Saturdays and during summer months).
Breakfast:
Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., at the Residence's Bar we will serve a little breakfast composed by a croissant and a cappuccino (or another warm drink). The breakfast costs Euro 3,00 per person and day and is subject to reservation.
Half board:
During winter season it is possible to book your stay with half board treatment (breakfast buffet and 3-course dinner) which will be served at Hotel Borest (in front of the Residence). The price is Euro 30,00 per person and day (upon reservation).
The surcharge for the half board can change according to season.
Reductions*:
-20% for children's up to 7 years of age, only in the added beds. Special reductions for groups.
Covered garage (reservation is recommended):
Euro 8,00 per day.
Solarium:
Euro 12,00 per session.
Final cleaning:
Between Euro 0,00 and Euro 100,00, depending of the condition of the apartment at the departure.
Pets:
We accept only small size pets during low season and exclusively for stays in our standard rooms (max 1 pet per room). Please mention your pet when booking and not that animals are not allowed to enter the breakfast room, restaurant and sauna - solarium rooms.
Smoking:
Enjoy our non-smoking rooms and apartments.
To smoke please use the balcony. At the reservation please ask for a balcony.
Valuables:
It is possible to leave your valuables at the reception where you will get a receipt for them. Only the comfort apartments dispose of a safe. The Residence is not responsible for unattended valuables.
Pushchairs and prams:
Please note that they can't be taken to the rooms or apartments, but have to be left at our room at the ground floor.
The admission to the apartments/ rooms is permits exclusive at house guests.
CONDITIONS:
The booking can be considered as definitive on the receipt of a deposit of Euro 100,00 or Euro 150,00 if you book enclosed also the half board, per person (per week). The deposit can be made by non transferable cheque, postal order to send to: Residence Riposo, Str. Janin 2, 39030 Colfosco – Corvara in Badia (BZ) or by bank transfer at:

For late arrival, early departure or no show clients, we have to charge a part of the total amount, as you can read on our written confirmation. In case of cancellation, and as mentioned in the Italian civil code, art. 1385, the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment:
We kindly ask you to pay the bills between 02:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. of the day before your departure.
You can pay by cash, cheques, traveller cheques or by bank transfer befor your arrival.
We don' t accept credit or debit cards.
Check in – check out:
On arrival day, the room will be at your disposal from 2:00 p.m.! At the departure day, we kindly ask to leave to room within 10:00 a.m.!
